🛒 Orders & Payments

I did not receive my order confirmation. What should I do?

Order confirmations are sent automatically to the email address provided. Please check your Spam/Junk folder. If you cannot find it, contact us and we will locate your order.

Was my payment successful?

After a successful payment, you should receive a confirmation email. If you are unsure, please contact us and we will verify the payment.

Can I return the product if it does not fit?

Yes, unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Can I add more items to an already placed order?

No, orders cannot be modified after they are created. Please place a new order for additional items.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. If it has already been shipped, simply refuse the delivery and we will cancel it once returned.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days, usually sooner after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

Is it possible to exchange goods?

Yes, exchanges to your country are possible. Please contact us to arrange the process. More about Exchange, return and claim of goods


🚚 Shipping

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours (on business days). Delivery within the Czech Republic usually takes 1 business day after dispatch.


🏒 Club Program & Discounts

Do you offer discounts for players or clubs?

Yes. Registered customers receive a 5% discount and access to benefits. Members of Czech Hockey and ČMSHb can join our Club Program with additional advantages.

Does the club discount apply to sale items?

The highest possible discount is always applied. Discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Do you sharpen skates on the spot?

Yes, we offer skate sharpening while you wait, depending on store capacity. We recommend checking availability in advance.
