Step 1: Document Preparation 📝

Before sealing the package, make sure it contains:

• Copy of proof of purchase: (The invoice you received by email or in the package).
• Tip: If you are returning goods from abroad, please include your IBAN and SWIFT in the form for the refund.

Step 2: Checking the Goods 👀

Goods must be returned in their original condition:

• Unused and undamaged.
• In original packaging (including tags).
• Complete (including all accessories).

Step 3: Shipping to the Correct Address 🚚

Please do not send the goods to our retail stores. Send them directly to our central warehouse where returns are processed:

• ⚠️ Important: Always send packages without cash on delivery (COD). Packages sent via COD will not be accepted.
• Recommendation: Send the package via registered mail and keep the tracking receipt.

• When will I get my money back? We refund the money to your account within 14 days at the latest from the moment the goods arrive at our warehouse.
• Can I return the goods in person? Yes, you can drop off the goods at our central warehouse or our retail stores in Hradec Králové or Chrudim, but the final processing will be handled by the central warehouse.
