Is something wrong? We are sorry to hear that! We provide a standard 24-month warranty on all new goods. We will do our best to get you back in the game as soon as possible.
How to proceed with a claim? 👇
1. Fill out the claim form 📝
- Download and fill out our protocol: [DOWNLOAD CLAIM FORM 📥]
- Please describe the defect as accurately as possible in the protocol. This will help us speed up the process.
2. Clean and pack the goods 📦
- ⚠️ Important notice: Returned goods must be clean and hygienically safe. Otherwise, we cannot accept them for hygiene reasons.
- Always send the goods complete (not just the damaged part). Include the completed form and a copy of the invoice in the package.
3. Ship to the central warehouse 🚚
- Send the package (without cash on delivery) to our central address:

Important Information 💡
- Processing time: ⏳ We have a legal limit of 30 days to process a claim, but we usually try to resolve everything much faster.
- Updates: 📧 We will inform you about the progress and result of the claim via email or phone.
- No Cash on Delivery (COD): 🚫 Packages sent via COD will not be accepted for technical reasons.
